Accomplish
Reading Program can benefit all readers who have
mastered word recognition skills and who are beginning
to read story books. Traditionally, this level of reading
begins in the fourth grade in schools.
Younger, less able students may need
to progress more slowly through the program. They may
need to do fewer lessons at a time and take time out as
each of the six parts becomes more difficult.
Some students may need to repeat lessons
in order to score 80%, the criterion for going to the
next lesson. They should be encouraged not to "give
up."
All readers may want to improve their
ability to concentrate when they are reading. Successfully
completing Accomplish
Reading Program can improve anyone's success and
desire to read.
